Two Toned Buttercream Rosettes Tutorial

follow me on instagram at justbakecause. Place a closed star tip into your piping bag. I like to put my bag into a tall jar to make
it easier to fill with buttercream. Choose a gel food color that you want to use. I’m using a turquoise color here from Americolor. Once you mix it in with your buttercream,
use an angled spatula to apply this color into your piping bag. You want to make sure that the color goes
at least halfway up the bag. You can also take your piping bag and just
spread and smooth out the colored buttercream so that it is evenly applied throughout your
bag. Place it back into your tall glass and make
sure that the bag is opened wide. Then you can place your white buttercream
into the center. Smooth out your bag then squeeze your piping
bag until the colors come out nicely and blended together. Then you can pipe a buttercream rosette or
whatever you’d like! So there you have it, my super easy tutorial
