Family Chiropractic and I just want to show you how to ice your neck, using our
nice flexible ice packs at home. So the best way to do that is to use about 1/2 used roll a paper towel like this one is here and we’re gonna fold that sheet back, we’re gonna set our ice pack inside covering it back up and we’re gonna have
you lay back over the ice pack, right at the base of your neck there. Now again we want to do this for 20 minutes at a time, that helps hold the ice back right against
your neck and it’s very comfortable. You can use that if you have headaches or if you’re having any neck discomfort and just sit at home either in the morning
when you wake up and do that for 20 minutes or especially in the evening
after you’ve had a long day at work sitting at your desk.
