Pancakes Wheat free, gluten free & Dairy Free Recipe- Amazing!

I thought I would show you a really cool way of making pancakes the ingredients are really easy as always this is going to make two pancakes so you can double it up but I’m just going to make two for you today it’s just a banana either my flax seed fruit Cooke cracker on that you can find on page 36 of the uncook book or just flax seeds you can use but I like to season my whenever a recipe calls for ground flax seeds be it sweet or savory I always make a sweet or savory cracker first like this one and then grant grind it up because it just adds so much more flavor to whatever dish you’re making rather than just plain old ground-up flax seeds so um these are sweet these were soaked in orange juice fruit is added to them you see some chocolate on top it’s just it’s just really delicious so but I’m going to with this I’m going to add it to the blender and just powder eyes it really quick you okay so here’s the flavored flax powder and to a blender we’re going to add the exact measurements will be at the link or at the bottom of this recipe but for now about a cup of coconut a whole banana some Markus sweetener mark whose sweetener for the batter and then I like to put the maple syrup on the top like a real pancake okay so we have that that and our milk our nut milk we’re going to thin it out with a little nut milk a little vanilla extract okay so in the blender we’ve got the ground F cookie banana a little bit of nut milk and the coconut so now we have our batter and after that I’m just going to add some chopped walnuts if you like walnuts yeah add some chopped walnuts and I’m not going to blend I’m just going to stir it and if you want to add frozen blueberries at this point in time now is the time to do it then when you pour the batter out don’t um mash it down let it pile lie there we go now’s the time I usually put some frozen blueberries in there or if you want strawberries or whatever the possibilities are just endless when it comes to rock it in my opinion so now I’m going to pop this into the dehydrator for just a few hours at 120 and a couple hours later what will come out is are these I already went ahead and started decorating the plates now the only compromise you have with these pancakes as opposed to cooked pancakes is there a little brown because the banana turns them Brown but that’s a good opportunity to pretty up the dish so you could put some in the center have some luscious cream using out and we got a little dollop of cream on top it would be pancakes without maple syrup fresh strawberries pomegranate sea and of course it won’t be complete without a flower or two from my garden I love mint it makes such a beautiful presentation it also tastes so good in your salads I have some cacao nibs we can add to this beauty how about some pomegranate seeds yeah it tastes great it looks great it’s great for you it’s beautiful pancakes it really does taste like pancakes thank you for joining me again we have enough the rest of the day

  6. Maybe a little lemon juice to prevent the oxidation of the banana? Thanks for the recipe. I'll give this a run for my breakfast.

  7. Cara or Markus, I thought you owned the first raw vegan restaurant in Las Vegas. Is this true? Do you have one anywhere? I want to go!

  8. … but what are you doing with the ground flax powder? It was till in the other blender when you put the batter on the Teflex… which quantity you put in? and when? as when you put the coconut meat, tere was nothing in the blender… just a bit confused…

  9. Add a bit of lemon juice to keep the banana from browning. You ain't gonna feel the sour taste, we're talking 1 tbsp to 1 tsp, experiment.
