300 g farina 75 g mandorle tritate 75 g zucchero a velo 200 g burro freddo azionate finché si formeranno delle briciole pizzico di sale 1 uovo 1/2 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia azionate finché l’impasto si sarà formato avvolgete nella pellicola e refrigerate per 1 ora stendete l’impasto sulla carta forno e refrigerate per 30 minuti ritagliate la forma desiderata Stendete di nuovo i ritagli di impasto refrigerate per 30 minuti ritagliate di nuovo la stessa forma nel forno preriscaldato a 180°C (360F), fate cuocere per 10-13 minuti o finché leggermente dorata sui bordi Lasciate raffreddare completamente aggiungete 150 g di zucchero a velo a 400 g di mascarpone Sbattete finché omogeneo 1 cucchiaino estratto di vaniglia 400 ml panna montate a neve ferma trasferite in un sac à poche fate dei ciuffetti di crema sovrapponete delicatamente la seconda frolla decorate
