Fluffiest Whole Wheat Pancakes | Healthy & Moist | The Home Maker Baker

I’m the Home Maker Baker and you are with
me in my kitchen. Today the recipe I will share with you is
whole wheat pancakes. They are made extremely moist and soft, and
the kids love them too. So let’s start. First, I’ll add 1 cup whole wheat flour and
1/2 cup oat flour. If you don’t want to use oat flour, you can
only use whole wheat flour. Now I’ll add 2 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon
baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 3 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon oil, 2 eggs and
1 1/3 cup milk. If you are making the whole recipe with whole
wheat flour and are not using oat flour, you can add 1 1/2 cup milk instead of 1 1/3 cup. Now whisk everything together. Your mixture has to be smooth just like I’m
showing you in the video. Now heat your pan on medium to medium low
heat, and use oil/butter/ghee whatever you like. We’ll add 1/3rd to 1/4th cup of batter in
pan, and after that you’ll have to swirl your pan a little so that the batter gets settled
in the pan and becomes flat. You can see in the video that the batter has
started to hold its shape, and the bubbles are appearing at the top. Bubbles appearing at the top means that the
sides are well cooked, and now it’s time to turn the pancake. And that is it guys. Our yummy, fluffy, tasty and healthy pancakes
are ready. You can stack them, put mapple syrup, chocolate
chips, fruits or whatever you like on them for serving. I’m adding chocolate chips on them because
my kids really like them. You can see that how soft and fluffy they
are. Do try them out and let me know the result
by commenting. And don’t forget to subscribe to my page so
that I can bring even more great recipes for you.
