let me know on comment down below!! First up we need the cottage cheese but since it’s hard to find in Korea I made the cheese on my own with the milk. Pour milk into a pot and bring to a boil with high heat. While boiling the milk squeeze the lemon juice. When the milk begins to boil add the salt and lemon juice Gently mix the mixture and lower the heat to medium. Boil the mixture eventually the curd will separate from the whey. Boil the mixture for about 10 mins
pour the mixture into a muslin and drain off the whey. Be Careful because it’s extremely hot
Squeeze the cheese as dry as possible. Wrap the cheese and cool in the fridge. Time to make pancakes. Recipe is very very very simple!! Combine cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar. Add the flour and mix. The batter is ready! Now slice the batter any size you wish. It’s going to stick to your hands so
heavily flour the surface and shape. Now flour the surface of the board and shape the batter. I’ve sliced into 6 pieces. When it’s all ready it’s time to fry. Add the oil and butter in the pan. Fry the batter on medium heat. when it’s golden brown flip the batter and
cook the other side until it’s golden brown. When the both sides are golden brown! It’s Done! Top with your favorite pancake topping
(Yogurt, Sour Cream or Fruit Jams) I’m Topping the yogurt and
